Smart Thermostats & AC Controllers
Our recommendation: Sensibo Air + Aqara Window Sensor
Your split AC units are connected wirelessly and linked to the booking calendar, so rooms are cool when guests arrive and systems rest between stays.
If a balcony door is left open for more than 10 minutes, the AC switches off automatically instead of cooling the street.
One Sensibo per AC unit, plus a sensor on each balcony door.
Together with the presence radar (03): lower bills and no compressor burnout.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitoring
Our recommendation: Minut M3 + Aqara FP2 mmWave Radar
A discreet ceiling sensor tracks noise, crowding and cigarette or vape smoke, with no cameras and no audio recorded. Leak sensors flag plumbing issues instantly.
The Aqara FP2 uses mmWave micro-radar: it detects breathing and subtle micro-movements, so the AC never switches off on guests who are asleep or sitting still on the sofa. When guests genuinely leave, climate control turns off after 15 minutes of true vacancy.
