Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Data related to active management contracts is retained for the duration of the contract plus 7 years in accordance with Cyprus accounting and legal requirements.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

• Odoo S.A. — our website and CRM platform provider, acting as a data processor under a data processing agreement
• Google LLC — for website analytics via Google Analytics, subject to Google's Privacy Policy

• Legal or regulatory authorities — where required by law, including reporting obligations under the EU Short-Term Rental Regulation 2024/1028

International Transfers

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where any data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.
